330i Sport vs ZHP Package

Currently, I have a 330i Sport Package with 97,000 km. I am noticing more diving when applying the brakes and rising of front end when accelerating.
Is it just my imagination or that normal life for the shocks?
Someone removed their ZHP suspension after 8,000 km, upgraded to coilovers. They are selling the suspension for around $750, springs, shocks, swap bar, etc.
Need your opinion if I would notice a significant difference between the Sport vs ZHP suspension or should I go with aftermarket on shocks and swap bars?
Also will strut tower bar make a difference on cornering or only cornering on rough roads?

Strut tower braces will make response better.

The ZHP is quite noticably stiffer than the Stock susp...

Hi Marvel, Are you saying the ZHP is much stiffer than Sport Suspension?
So it should be noticeable difference compare to my Sport package and worth the upgrade?
