Brass caliper guides?

I have seen a product from Bavarian Auto that replaces the rubber guides on the brake calipers. It is supposed to stop the twisting of the caliper therefore providing better pad wear and braking. Do these things really work? I didn't kniw it was a problem.

Its not a problem, it is a comfort issue. Rubber will not transmit as much noise and vibration, but will not be as true as a solid bushing. It is a trade off. If you dont mind the added noise and vibration and want the extra pedal feel, get them.
