I had recently bought a 2001 BMW 330i fully loaded with all the packages and its a 5speed which is very rare. It is a used car, but the previous owner I knew, took care of the car very well. It was a couple of days after I got it that I noticed that the drivers window and the passengers window made a "cracking" sort of noise whenever I rolled it up and down. I read a post and it mentioned that the 2001 BMW 330i's are notorious for that. I was wondering if there was a permanent solution for this other than constantly replacing parts for it.
