What is the Best Adjustment/setting for over all balance and handling of my 330i ZHP? I heard that Front should be set in the Middle and Rear set to Soft setting. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

This depends on how you want the car to handle. There's lots of available discussion posted. In general, for rear wheel drive, comparitively stiff front means less body roll and more understeer. Perhaps full rear, mid front, but I would consider talking with someone who autocrosses regularly.

I originally set my UUC bars to mid in the front, and soft in the back.
After playing around with them over the years, and going ultimately to full stiff front and rear, I have now gone back to the original mid settings in front, and soft in the rear.
It seems the most neutral overall, and good for the street.

I autox my 04 ZHP coupe and have the fronts at full stiff and the rear the softest. I run 235/265 on stock 8.0/8.5 rims. In the near future I plan on 255 on 8.5 all around which will probably require I lossen up the front to the middle. Will let you know in the next couple of months how this works out. Still need to finish off the rubber on the Michelin Sport Cups I have on the car right now.

QuickB: You mention that you had full stiff in the front and that you would soften it up a bit after installing more meat in the front (255s) Did I get that correctly?
If so, I gotta run this by the group:

Softer in the front = less understear, more meat in the front = less understear. If this is correct, shouldn't you go softter now and be able to go stiffer once you get more meat in the front?

Peace!
