Cold Weather Start

I've been driving my 2003 330i for for 14 months and just passed the 20,000 mile mark.
This fall, as the temp started to reach the freezing point, the morning start up became rough. The engine would catch but have an immeadite drop of RPM and rough run for a second or two, before returning to normal idle. Worm startups are no problem. This only occures on the first start of a cold day. Last fall and winter she started like a quality German enginered auto should.
I need to get it to the dealer! But would appricate any advice!

Hay every body,
Got the problem fixed!
Suffered a failure of one of the ignition coils! When it totaly failed, the car started to realy run rough and check engin light lit! Limped into the dealer; The service manarer indicated that he has had a run on ignition coil failures, suspects that BMW had a bad batch!
They replaced all 6: good dealership!
Now starts and runs like new!
