wtb: head unit for 2003 or 04 e46

I need a head unit receiver with cd player for a 2--3 or 04 to place in my 2001 330i. I am doing an upgrade to install XM satellite radio, and need a newer head unit to be compatable. I'm in ATL and need it quick so I can have it installed by Christmas for the wife!

I have a 2001 and had a question for you. Have you confirmed that you can use a 2002+ Head Unit in your 2001 without problems? I'm curious myself, since I want to start playing with my Audio system.

Yes, they are interchangable as far as I know.
