Xenon high beams

i was looking at getting Phosphyre Halos (Angel Eyes) for my around my head lights but looking at the pics at www.m3motorwerks.com the high beams have a blue look to them is that just a cover or can you buy Xenon bulbs? what are other options for my high beams besides the yellow light. or even just the look like the pics on this site? http://www.m3motorwerks.com/products/description.php/II=189/PA=0

ohhhhh.. pretty
