330i lease assumption

I have decided to let my 330 go for various reasons. Here's the specs if anybody is interested...
2003 330i
steptronic
sport package
ti silver
grey leather
sunroof
7500 miles on the odo
28 months remaining on a 42 month lease
12,000 miles/yr allowance
480/month payment including tax

It seems to based upon similar listings on the website. There are many 325's for the same monthly payment. I think my mileage will help also. Thanks in advance.

Yes I did put some money down. I don't recall the exact amount but I think it was around 3500.00. So far no takers but it has only been three days so I guess I need to be patient.

i used the traderonline and worked pretty well. my330i.com, E46Fanatics, and swapalease.com. Word of mouth has also found two friends of mine that are interested in purchasing the car from me. My swapalease ad has seen several hits (30) but so far only one has requested additional information.
