wheel pulling to the right or left

When I slow down on uneven surfaces, my steering wheel pulls to the left or to the right depending on the curvature of the road. Is this normal? I took it to the dealer and they said it was normal but I don't believe them. 330 owners, can you let me know if this is really normal?
