Anyone put a 3.46 diff in their 330i 5spd?

Im looking at getting one this week, but some say a 3.38 would be better... Opinions?

I installed a 3.46 diff in my 2000 328Ci and I am extremely happy with it. Acceleration is substantially improved at all speeds and in all gears. The only disadvantage is higher engine speed at freeway speed (3800 vs. 3100 rpm at 80 mph). I am currently installing a 6 speed transmission which willl give me back my old cruise engine speed with neglible differences in the first 5 gears. If you're going to go to the trouble of doing it you'd may as well get the fullest benefit. Go for the 3.46.
