Alarm Motion Sensor Install Questions...

Hey everyone....I just bought my first BMW a week ago and I have found this site to be a great help. I just installed the BMW OEM alarm today and everything appears to be working without activation except the motion sensors. The panic alarm works, the alarm goes off when a door is opened from the insiide, the "clown nose" blinks, but the motion sensor is not working. Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be wrong? Thanks.....

2 things:

It takes about 15-30 seconds for the interior sensor to arm after you set the alarm....

Second, it has to be activated... The dealership has to tell the car it has the motion detector inside.

I called the dealership and they told me if the lights blink when locking and unlocking the car then everything should already be activated.

Untrue. They have to activate the rest of the DWS system.
