Looking for a 2000-2003 325i auto rear differential 3.46

I am looking to purchase a 325i auto rear differential final gear 3.46 for my 2001 325ci. The differential must be in excellant condition with under 40,000 miles on it. I will pay good cash for it and there is the option for a trade I have a 3.15 rear differential. I will pick-up or remove if in Southern California. Please email me at rkazandjian@anaheim.net.
