while heading out of town for a tsd rally, a friend picked up a ticket. there was an interchange that had a speed advisory and then a speed limit change at the end of the ramp. the cruiser was on his tail through the ramp and was 'dropped' while doing 60 with the speed advisory near 40.

well trooper gave him a ticket for speeding. but didn't say anything about his front plate on the dash board. no front plates are illegal here, but i guess it just depends on what mood officer friendly is in.
