Battery Drain

I have a 2003 330i that the battery will drain on after being parked for 5.5 days! This has happened twice now and the dealership and BMW Roadside Assistance both say that this is to be expected and relatively "normal"!! What kind of electrical engineers is BMW employing!? The dealer tested the car and showed me that everything is normal and the battery is okay. The at rest (car off) current draw was 10mA and the battery is rated at 80Ah/640CCA. Can anyone help?? This is not tolerable! THANKS!!

That is stupid. I sometimes have my car parked for more then 2 weeks without a problem

There is definitely a problem with either some of the batteries or some of the electrical systems floating around out there.
There are just too many complaints of this sort.
My $ is that there is a recall within a year from now for something related to this. :roll:

Does anybody know of a good higher capacity jumper kit, the kind that has the battery and a set of cables coming off of it? I bought one from an auto store but it didn't work (not enough power)! Maybe there are some higher end ones out there?
