Can't seem to remove the 13mm bolt on the tie-down for children's safety seats...this recommendation is part of the XM Radio DIY...It's not reverse threaded is it? Thanks.

Well, it has been a while since I've seen the inside of a gym... I'll try again tonight with a socket set...I was just using the 13mm open end in the trunk tool kit.
Thanks guys.

Anybody please help me.
the radio stations now a days just suck. Dealer tells me that they can not install an integrated XM system in a 2002 deck. Please someone tell me different. Please call me as my e-mail address is being turned off shortly . I'm moving to Ventura area. Thanks 619-993-4660 Kenny
Dealer is correct....BMW does not install XM radio either at the factory or aftermarket.....they install Serius satellite radio at the factory or as aftermarket.
XM is a aftermarket only item.....
This is not entirely correct. You can get an integrated XM unit for an 02 3 series.
It is not quite as slick as the XM Direct, but it looks like your best bet.

My cd player was skipping so BMW replaced my unit, now it can play mp3 as well as regular cds. This is on a 2002 330i. How can I check to see if it's 2003+ Satellite-Ready 3 Series unit? Enquiry because I am interested in the Xm Direct.
