M3 Mirrors on 2001 330i?

Anyone know if either there are aftermarket mirrors for the 2001 330i or if the M3 mirrors can be bolted on? If so, will the mirrors still retain all their functionalities, ie defrost, driver memory, etc.? Thanks!

Yup, mine are getting finished up as we speak :)

But don't let anyone tell you it's a simple bolt on and your done because IT'S NOT! :shock:

Custom work/fabrication is needed...Other ppl that have done it have used a Dremel tool and got the base to fit under the sedan rubber moldings...I took a different approach and actually made the base larger to mimick my Hagus ones that fit perfect :wink:

bring them to a shop and let them drill two holes in your car =] Installation should be somewhere between $100~$150. Or else you can buy AC Schnitzer mirrors which keep all the functions but cost more. I have used pair for sale painted Orient Blue for $375shipped anywhere in US.
