Headers and high flow cats

Does anyone have any recommendations for a header and high-flow cat upgrade for a 2001 330i? I already have the Dinan CAI, Stage II engine software, and exhaust. Now I'm ready for more, but I don't like the idea of going forced induction. Also, if anyone has any info about what a header and cat will do for my warranty, would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

offers a stage 4 kit costs around $5000, makes your hp go up to 310. i would suggest its probably more reliable than FI in the long run.
