DIY On Removing (or replacing) armrest?

OK so I started taking my dash apart. Got the shift area all the way off and started working on the area with cup holders and etc. I'm actually trying to get to the ebrake because the audio shop wouldn't hook me up and install the ebrake cable in a manner that would allow me to watch video whilst driving. I need to take the armrest off so I can take the cupholders and etc out and get to the ebrake. Anyone done this before? Thanks.
