Sport Button!

Did you guy know that the new z4's have the sport button in them. I know what it does but are you able to have it installed in a 330i? I was just wondering if it was possible because it would be cool as hell to have it in the 330i. :?:

* Dynamic Driving Control (Sport button); via the console-mounted Sport button, offers quicker throttle action, reduced power-steering assist and (if the vehicle is so equipped) the Sport mode for the Sequential Manual Gearbox or an additional Sport mode for the STEPTRONIC automatic transmission.

Thank you for your reply, I know what it does but is it possible to install it in my 330i?

I'm not sure if it's possible to install, but I had no idea what it did and thought others would want to know. Don't the SMG and Step already have sport modes? The quicker throttle action seems like a computer thing (since it's a drive-by-wire gas pedal); dinan & others offer this, but AFAIK it isn't switchable on demand. I'm not sure how the power assist works, but it's interesting that it can be adjusted.

Of course, my smart-aleck :twisted: answer is: yes it can be installed. And it will look cool. But will it do anything is another question!
