Modification forums

I have noticed that the modifications forums are open to all public, but it says there that this is for registered users only. Is there an error somewhere?

It actually let you view them, but nothing else, I have now made it registered only... Thanks...

Maybe you can let everyone see the Forum Names only, for Example: Power (for registered users only), this way people will see that there is something extra there if they register. As of now if you don't log in you don't see the whole modification section at all.
