Rear Spoiler

Does anyone have a DIY on a rear spoiler or have seen one somewhere? Not for the M3 lip spoiler. It's the factory style non-lighted one. It's looks like the top one on this page: http://www.autoearth.com/SpoilerBMW.asp
Also does anyone know a good paint place that I could get it painted at in the Phoenix area? Thanks.

They will paint it to match and bring it to you and install it on-site. GREAT bunch of people. I scratched mine. They brought me a new one, it didn't fit quite right, they brought me a third...
