sport package springs vs. h&r

i have a 328ci 2000. i have the sport package and the m technique bumpers but i want to lower my car and i was wondering if the h&r sport would lower them more than the sport package ones or if i should get the racing H&R wich are color red. in my country dominican republic, there are a lot of holes.
imagine with those rigid suspension falling into one. i want to lower my car a little bit more not much. any suggestions? thnx

Any H&R springs will lower you car more than the factory Sports suspension, I don't think you need to go with Race springs, maybe OE Sport or Sport.

there are two stages of sport wich one should i get.

I believe OE Sports are made to work great with your stock shocks, while the Sports are supposed to be used with a shorter shock (although most don't). The Sports will lower more.
