Handbrake (Popeye help me)

omg,this is the hardest mod I've ever had. I still can't get that damn handbrake off no matter how hard I pull that thing. Can anyone help me out?? What are some tricks I can use?

If you are having a really hard time, make sure you have already clipped the wiretie behind the handle (it holds the leather boot on) and if you still can't remove it, try warming it up with a hair dryer for a while to loosen up the glue.
