Just stumbled upon your site. Can i say blown away!! Very good job. I read over your installation of EvoSport pulley. I need to replace my alternator belt on my 2000 328i. Can someone contact me to help walkme through some of the basic steps. Thanks!

Take a look at the ESS install DIY in the Garage section. Start at the radiator fan by pulling out some poprivets, pull out the radiator fan and you should have easy access to the belts. Of course the ESS DIY explains this much better and in great depth. The easiest way to move the tensioners is with a big torque wrench and a socket T50 for the A/C belt, and I think a 6mm socket for the other tensioner. Overall, a 20 minute job (once you've done it one time).
