Marvel,
Thanks for the tip, but sadly they do not have the part. I have tried to get a response from european dealers but to no avail. I still think it would be a nice addition though, so I havn't given up. If I find one I'll post the info for all interested.

Thanks so much everyone,
That is a site I had not seen before. That is almost exactly what I am looking for, only that site only had them for the coupes and I have a sedan. I am looking for the piece that snaps into the black plastic trim across the bumper and basically replaces the US front plate holder with a longer one to european specs. (it would be really sweet if I could find a body coloured one like the ones for the coupes). Thanks for all the info. I'mm still looking, I hope to have good news soon.

Tee,
I am headed to Munich in 3 weeks to take European delivery of my 330i. If what you need is something I could pick up for you while I am there, I will be happy to do so.
You just have to explain it to me VERY clearly. LOL!!!

I tried to replace mine last year, and although you may not have a problem in texas, I found that it was hard to get it to fit properly in freezing weather (I don't have a garage). I tried to adjust it in the summer (after fcontis gave me a hard time about it being misaligned by about 1/2 cm on each side), and it was easy... so my advice is either do it someplace warm, or don't fret about getting it exact until you try again in the summer.
