The weekend of May 30th(Friday), May 31, June 1st seems to have the magic numbers in it as well and it also gives us enough time to prepare and set everything up. So please try to nail it in your calendars if possible. If not please post so. If yes also please post.
A headcount is of great importance too.
Since we are all going to visit Arizona close to Todd we need to give Todd an idea of how many of us there are so he doesn't get a heart attack /forums/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif. Actually what I was thinking was more towards the lines of Todd finding the best hotel location for us and eventually giving us contact information for that hotel or even maybe make a bulk reservation to get max savings for us.
Sorry Todd - we'll need you a little since you know everything around where you live /forums/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif. Hope you don't mind. If you do mind please understand that I am speaking imagining that you would like this to happen as much as I do. So forgive me for suggesting things to do for you.
Ok so what do you - the fan - need to do.
1) Look at your calendar from 30may - 1st June and mark this weekend as "my330i DIEHARD1"
2) If everything looks ok post in here for a head count. MAKE SURE you have an EMAIL address that you check often attached to your profile. So we can establish a reliable way of communication. If you have another way of communication on yoru mind please make it available.
Next stage is to get a rough head count. We'll wait two weeks for everybody to get a chance to see this and give their input on it.
At that point we will email everybody to reconfirm them 99.9%.
