What modifications u would recommend to upgrade the 330I from a sports package? The part in question is antiroll bar and the suspension system.

UUC Sway Bar! get that if you are tight on budget.
If you got $ go for Bilstein PSS9 ( don't go for anything else, it's worth every penny of $1299 )

Oh, I second the PSS9 recommendation. Easily the best modification I have ever done to the car....
At least until this weekend...

Thanks for the reply guys.
How does the PSS9 ride compare to the stock suspension (sport and non-sport)? I have a 323 4dr w/o sport package and I am thinking about lowering the car. I would like a ride comparable to the sport package.

Anytime you lower a car, it almost *has* to ride firmer...
You are using shorter springs (and therefore a higher spring rate hence firmer), the shocks don't have as much travel, and the bump stop comes on much sooner due to less available wheel travel.
The lower you go, the firmer it has to be to keep from bottoming out. I personally think the softest setting on my PSS9s is actually softer than my old M-Sport suspension.
