Not at all. My uncle installed the ESS supercharger on his 1995 540i with 80K miles. He has 10K miles with the SC on now. Damn that thing is fast.

ESS SC on a 4 liter engine? Damn!
Well, I just got my ECU back from ESS today. I still have to install the injectors tomorrow as they did not include them in the SC kit when they sent them to me last time.

hah 30-40k mileage is nothing, most cars arent even completely broken in for the first 10-20k miles

Looks like nobody is getting injectors at the moment.

They need to up their stock levels.
