M3 mirrors installation~?

I've seen people purchased the factory M3 mirrors and installed on their Coupes. (check e46fanatics.com) Would it also be possible to install on our Sedans (model 02) ? Can I keep the automatic tilt down feature with the factory M3 mirrors? If not, what aftermarket mirrors can help me with that?? Any clue guys?

I would assume that all the electrial signals and wiring is the same but I think the CIs might have a slightly more slanted windshield in which case they wouldn't fit on a sedan correclty.
