Rings but not Angel/Demon eyes, what is it?

I've seen a lot of 3 series that come with lights that have one ring aroung the outermost bulb. It is not Angel nor Demon eyes, I believe it come like that from the factory. It looks great and would love to get that done to my 2001 330i. I see it on coupes and sedans and can't figure out what year they are. Does anyone know?

I think it's probably just the glare from the light onto the chrome ring around the bulb. I saw the same thing on this 3-series and had to look twice before I saw he didn't have angel-eyes.

maybe ur talking about city lights?
