2002 Euro Taillights Question!?

Do you guys know if I can use the 99~01 Clear Euro taillights on Sedan to fit on my 02 330I (exact fit)?? I like the old clear taillights better and they would save me extra $100 on bavarianautosport.com !

I would imagine the rear tails would still fit in the car, but the turn indicator location moved... I do not know if the bulbs would be switchable or what...
