OK Marvel- Performance upgrades

Looking at Dinan products for the following:
Performance software: $299
High Flow Cold Air Intake Aluminum $399 and the Twin silencer exhaust (think it was $550). That sound about right?

That's about right. Exhaust is probably $630 shipped to you.
Talk to your parts manager at your service center. If you do an Dinan CAI and software upgrade, ask how much of a break he can give you. I got almost $100 knocked off.

I am not excited about people spending so much money on the software upgrades for the 330.

First, BMW already milked the M54 engine to the max, even Dinan said they couldn't get much more out. CAIs help, as do exhaust, and maybe then they can squeeze a few hp out. It will give you a higher redline and remove your top speed limiter, but is that worth it?

Thanks Marvel... so I've decided I'm going with the air flow, Twin exhaust changes for now, then getting similar wheels to yours (LOVE the look! Can I put 18" front and back?) but not sure about the spoiler. I can't find a low-profile spoiler. THANKS for the software info!

Sure, you can put 18s on... I have 18x8 front, 18x8.5 rear... I have seen even 9s and 10s f/r with the right offset and a possible fender roll.

i have 2002 330i. please help me out with tips to modify my car. i don't know where i should start with the upgrades for my performance. i'd appreciate all you guys' knowledge and experience. so far i've thought about getting the bav auto chip first, then intake, then exhaust, then whatever from there. please help me plan my car out. thanks!
