BMW 323 CI Coupe Xenons

I have 2000 323Ci, it didn't come with Xenons lights. Can I convert somehow? What if I was to purchase a set used etc...from another BMW. Is the retrofit easy, or complicated?

And how hard is it to install the aluminum trim inside?
