Clear Corners with Yellow bulbs

I want to clear my signals, but I want to put yellow light bulbs, I need to know where I can purchase the bulbs, how much, and the legality. Thanks

You can probably get Silvervisions from craig@streeteffectz.com They are silver painted bulbs that emit orange light. I use them on my car.

thanks, but I want the bulb to emit a yellow light through the clear corners, not orange. Any info on that? Any would be appreciated.

I have not seen yellow. I imagine if you find yellow that will fit, you can spray paint them with a fine coat of silver hi-temp paint. I have seen it done.

i want to get clear corners for my 2002 330i and red and white combo for the tail lights and clear sidemarkers. is it possible to use red bulbs for signaling and all, instead so i don't have to use yellow ones. White is illegal so that's why i've thought about this. So can i use red bulbs for all my lights?

I'ts not illegal to have red turn signals, but personally, I wouldn't do that. I also changed my mind on the yellow bulbs. Marvel: Do your bulbs make the inside of the clears turn blue?

Nope, they look colorless when not lit, and amber when lit.

Actually, california law states that turn signals MUST emit an amber/yellow light.

Red turn signals are illegal if you have them in the FRONT. they are VERY illegal. That is unless you drive around in a crown vic And have a badge.

Red turn signals are ok in the back though..

Marvel, I recetly installed a set of clear corners on my car, and I decided to go with yellow bulbs. Were can I get some of this silver high temp paint? Will the yellow still shine through? And Will the paint damage anything?

If you use silver hi-temp paint, make sure to apply very a very light coat. Just enough to take the orange tint away. Too much, and the light won't shine very bright at all.
