Who would opt for a 6-series instead of 3?

Apparently rumor has it that it will come out with an inline 6 260 Hp engine, I could see that engine coming in the 3-series too...however, I just love the looks of this car, hopefully it will look close to its concept look below:

Yes...I hear the 332Ci will be out this fall as a '03 model with 260hp.....
