I think I am going with the H&R setup.
I would like to get the Racing Dynamics setup since it comes with Koni adjustable shocks, but it is bigger $$.

I also am SERIOUSLY thinking about the Bilstein PSS9 setup. I like both the adjustable springs and shocks.

but, the handling is getting better, i like the handling, but i think it's because Xi, i kinda regret it spent it to buy coilover, i should buy body kit better.......

I chose to go with the Bilstein PSS9 coilovers and have them being shipped right now. I chose them because of the ability to adjust the shock dampening and ride height in one kit.
I have heard that the H&R kit actually will let the car ride lower than the bilsteins, however, I am not looking for that appearance, performance is key to me. I am actually only going to set the spring perches to let the tire barely sit outside the wheel well at rest.
All spring kits, including coilovers, take some time to let the springs settle. So your H&Rs might actually drop more over time. The E46 rear setup is not even a true coilover, but a adujustable spring/shock setup. A true rear coilover would punch a hole right through your rear shock mount. It is not designed to support the weight of the car, hence the inboard location of the rear springs.
My 330i is my daily driver with occasional track use. The coilovers will let me drop the car more for track setups. I should be receiving them soon and will post pics ASAP!

I just had H&R springs put in my 330Xi yesterday, and it was really worth it. The stance of the car is alot more aggressive, and the handling was improved as well. Last week I put the AC Schnitzer front strut tower bar in too. The combination is awesome. Just waiting for the sway bars now...

RD, where did you order the springs for your 330xi and how much did they cost (the cheapest I can find right now is $218)? Did you install them yourself? If not, how much time were you charged for the installation?
btw, thanks for posting your comments on how the H&Rs look on your 330xi, I was unsure of whether or not I wanted to lower mine until I read your post.
